Yoga has numerous physical and mental benefits, including increased flexibility, strength, and balance, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and better overall health.
We welcome students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The teacher offers modifications and variations to make each class accessible to all, including people who experience Arthritis, and chronic pain.
Most of our classes are 45 minutes long or one hour long depending on your individual needs and goals.
